Our Embroidery program is best suited for orders of 12 or more items. Larger quantities generally provide better overall value because digitizing, setup, garment selection, and production can be planned across the full order. Smaller projects may be available, but they are not the focus of this service page.

Garments, Logos, and Personalization

We can supply garments from trusted brands such as Richardson, OGIO, Port Authority, Nike, Carhartt, and CornerStone. Names, ranks, titles, departments, and other personalization can also be added.

You do not need to provide an embroidery-ready file. We can professionally digitize your logo or artwork to create clean, accurate stitching. Pricing depends on quantity, garment type, stitch count, logo size, placement, digitizing, and personalization.

Customer-Supplied Garments

Customer-provided garments may be accepted after we confirm that the fabric and item are suitable for embroidery. Customer-supplied apparel is embroidered at the customer’s own risk. Although we take every production precaution, Ugly Guppy Productions is not responsible for damage, defects, or replacement costs associated with customer-provided items.

Proofing, Production, and Turnaround

After reviewing your artwork and garment choices, we prepare the embroidery file and provide a proof for approval before production. Most orders are completed within 10–14 business days after artwork approval and garment availability. Rush service may be available for select projects; timing should be confirmed before the order is placed.

Embroidery is ideal for a premium, durable look on uniforms, caps, polos, jackets, and heavier fabrics. Screen printing is often a better choice for colorful bulk T-shirts, while finished DTF shirts are useful for smaller apparel orders and highly detailed full-color artwork.
